Is my almost 5 month old fat?

My baby will be 5 months on the 24th and she weighs 15 pounds and 6 ounces...is she officially a fatty?I asked her doctor and she said shes big but i wanna see how she measures up to other babies her age.

At Paizleys 4 month she was 14 lbs 9 oz and 24 inches.

My son was 18 lbs at his 4 month check up. Last week he was 19 lbs 7 oz w/clothes on. He'll be 5 months in two days.

So no. Your baby is not fat.

My almost 11 month old was only 17 pounds at her 9 month check up. I think around 4-5 months she was between 12 and 14.

That sounds very average to me actually.

my baby is 1 month and 1 week and he weights 13.9 lb

my daughter is 9 months and weighs 16 lbs 6 oz....and the doc said shes too thin....but shes walking too so shes just really active for her age....

is she getting enough tummy time, exercise time? my hubby used to do exercises with her, like count and pull her up from laying down to get good head support or "bicycle" her legs, so that they get good range of motion...that stuff really helps, so make sure shes not bein lazy :0)

erimas is over 16 lbs and dosent look fat

my 6 month old was 21lbs 4 oz at her 6 month check up

how much did she weigh at birth? was she early? those al play a role in her growth. [sometimes]

my son was weighting 11 lb when he was 2 weeks and some days he was born at 7lb 3oz
