Having trouble

Okay.. so my son is 3 weeks old.
I am BF him and it is going okay. however it seems that during the day he will eat and get satisfied. Sometimes he will sleep through feedings and i will have to pump. However at night, it seems like he is starving. He wants to eat and eat and eat, and sometimes he is just sucking. Like I'm his persoanl pacifier. Which means Mommy gets no sleep.
I'm so frustrated. Does this means he is getting his "days and nights" mixed up?
Should I wake him up more throughout the day to eat? I feel like a new mom and he is my third. Just dont remember having such trouble with my other two.
any advice would help.
(I think he is sleeping, so im gunna try to do the same.)

would you ever consider waking him up every two hours or so to feed during the day? or are you only supposed to do that at night? 

You could try waking him up in the day, to get him to eat. A lot of people say not to do it, and 'let sleeping babies lie'.... However, if he's waking up and eating like crazy at night, then you may want to try it.
