This is what they call a echogenic focus and in a percentage of expectant mothers it could be indicative of down syndrome .Make sure you get your AFP test done this give the risk of having a child with any defects. Usually this is nothing and it is usually seen until the beginning of the third trimester. Just pray and dont stress to much. God Bless.
