  I am a HUGE slacker! I have a tendency to put everything off until the very last minute, which then in turn incites panic for me.

Ummm, well, I don't really have a name for the effect. lol I really did several things: eye enhance, recolored your coat, tinted your skin tone, gave you false eyelashes and added a little blush, made the background b/w, then blurred it so that you were the focal point.  

I'm not feeling so well tonight, but I will do the backgroun removals tomorrow. I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I think I'm gonna go to bed.
