Merry Freaking Christmas To Me (rant)

so, me and the family are being kicked out by my grandmother and mother.

at first, we knew we were wanted out of here.......by the apartment manager because of complaints and because we aren't on the lease (which she's been trying to work with us and wait for us to do housing and all that jazz until recently)....

but anyway......my grandma wants us out because of Matt's mouth, I don't have respect, I don't say thank you, and I don't appreciate what she does for us (which isn't much.....)....amongst other things. so, she wants us out by the end of this weekend, beginning of next week.....and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago.

so, we are either going to a friends house for the time moment or to Matt's grandma's........what fun Christmas time is......

oh, and on top of that I think I am getting a cold and I am still healing.......ugh.

OMG I am so sorry.  Call the state and see if they can get you emergency housing.  

Well why don't you respect her ? Not sayin its cool to throw you and the baby out . But still you and baby daddy should respect them..

You say she doesn't do much but she gave you a roof over your head and babys including your boyfriend....what else do you expect them to do, you're 21 you should be able to take care of things by yourself at that age.

around here that would be a shelter or a hotel.......if we were put in a shelter, it would probably be just me and kids......or a homeless shelter with druggies and all......as for a hotel, Matt lived at one once and the guys that worked there stole a lot of his stuff even though the he had a state voucher and all and was only at my place for a week but was still paying for the room......

so yeah........

other than that, we are waiting for a form to get faxed from a doctor over to Welfare for housing and then we have to re-apply before it gets processed for approval and all......

it's hurry up and wait, so we are going to a friends or his grandma's until we get everything straightened out

Apparently you have never fallen on rough times.  I would hate to see what would happen to you if you got laid off and had no where to go because you are over 18 and should be able to support yourself.

I didn't say I didn't respect her.......that is her saying that.......as for my mom, that's a different story cause all she wants to do is argue and whatnot......then make us out to be liars......she's going through menapause we think but she denies it of course

She didn't say she was acting disrespectful.  She said that her grandmother said those things about her and her SO.

ungrateful......I am grateful they let us come back up when we needed it......but then to blow everything up in our face and shit......

disrespectful.......doesn't it take both sides, sweetheart.......why so respect half the time when you get none in return.......I try to show my grandmother respect and I believe I have

I'd like to hear the grandmothers side of the story though....there are two sides to everything. But whatever.
