my neighbor has a 3 year little girl, and she is so backed up, her tummy hurts and it hurts her to poop, she has tried laxitives and all the kids stuff, nothing is working any suggestions? or should she just take her to the hospital?

I'd take the little girl to the doctor. Maybe try some prune juice or something.
