sneezing..stuffy nose... HELP...!!!

this is my first pregnancy and I've been sneezing and having a stuffy nose. Usually I'll start sneezing in the morning..or in the night right before bed. Is there any pill i can take during my pregnancy to help me with this. i know there are certain pills that you are not suppose to take during pregnancy because it can harm the baby... please help... im dying here because i am tired and i cant go back to sleep....

I get this everyday basically too. In the mornings my nose is ssooo stuffy and runny. And throughout the day I sneeze quite a bit, but I really havent even thought of treating it. It is just one of the joys that comes along with pregnancy. Im sure theres some type of allergy medicine, but its not caused by allergies, its caused by the hormones in your body.... It may suck but you basically just have to get used to it. I am 23 weeks now and its not as frequent as it used to be so... hopefully it will start to ease off as your body gets more used to all the changes in your body!!

You can try Emergen-C, it's like Crystal light but is filled with vitamins and minerals. If you take like 5-6 a day when you start feeling sick you can knock out pretty much anything. This is safe.

Also, there is a product called Blocade w/virablock on the market. It is made from Elderberry. These two things taken together, both non-medicinal, will prevent you from getting a bad cold!

ohhhh noo nooo noo noooo...
at first i was thinking it was because the baby was hungry... because it will ease a lil after i got something to eat... but now its every day...i hope mine ease after some weekss...
