been in labor since Saturday, so annoyed

So on Saturday the 7th, I went to the hospital because I was having bad back cramps, but I wasn't in labor, and only a centimeter dilated. Then this Friday night I started having these back pains that went into my cervix, so when my fiance got up to go to work, I made him take me into the hospital, instead of going to work. So From 7 am to 11 am they had me on the monitor, and I'm having contractions every 2 mins, but I'm still only a centimeter dilated. So after being there for 4 hours, they sent me home, because I wasn't dilating anymore, and therefore I'm not in active labor. It's driving me crazy, cause even though the contractions are mild to moderate, and I can handle the pain. What I can't handle is that my muscles are killing me because of the contractions. I'm having trouble walking, and peeing and all kinds of stuff. I go to the doctor tomorrow, but I doubt they're going to do anything. The baby has been head down, and dropped since 30 weeks, and now I'm 38 weeks, and every time I complain about the pain they say oh it's just normal pregnancy pain. They better put me into active labor tomorrow because I'm not sure how much more my body can handle this. I've actually stopped sleeping. Grrr.

hey, im 38 weeks & 4 days today.. my doctors stripped my membranes yesterday because im 75% effaced and 2cm dialated.. and now my body is just killing me, i havent been in labor for as long as you.. but i deffinatly already feel the body aches and pains that you are.. my entire body is just killing me.. especially my stomach i dont have any pains.. but when i touch it its so tender.. its just so sore to walk around and everything.. i keep having contractions like every 4 minutes apart, but they end up only lasting for like an hour so i get all fustrated lol.. i hope you go soon!!! hopefully your doctors will do something for you.. suggest they strip ur membranes! i heard its real effective if done good enough..

To the two ladies who are in early labor here is a link that may help you get things going it speaks to making sure baby is in the BEST possible position to apply pressure to your cervix causing dialation and as well algined well so baby will enter the pelvis and birth canal easily.
Gentle labor vibes.

I have been going through the exact same thing. Contractions out the wazoo but I just get sent home! Im now 3 cm's which is better than the 1 cm I was 2 days ago.
I just want to hold my baby in my arms and get this over with so I can feel an inch of normalcy again.
