Right now I am feeling bad... i am nausious and a little dizy... On sunday i got a new dog and I took him walking and I felt really dizzy and weird. I am not craving food( with my son I was at around 8 weeks). I am already a month late so that would make me about 8 weeks if I am pregnant. I took a test a week after I missed my period and I got a BFN.... so I dont think I and really pregnant. I mean is just dizzyness. also a friend of mine had a stomach bug, it might be that I got it from her. IDK.... I will make an appt next week to see my doctor... but if i feel bad tonight I might so to the ER because I think it's the stomach bug...

uggghhh

I'm sooo STRESSED with the whole BBT charting. My temps are out of whack!! to put it bluntly...it looks like the heartbeat lines on one of those hospital machines. Up and freakin' down. exactly like that. I have to do it until August 6th..which I go back to my OB/GYN to see if I ovulated, and go from there to start Clomid or not. I'm on metformin atm.
But..how do I know i'm suppose to ovulate when my temps look like that?
Thanks to anyone who answers this because I'm to the point i'm about to quit.

Are your cycles even? Like 28 day all the time or are they all over the place? Which metformin are you on time released or reg.? Did they do bloodwork to find YOUR proper dose or just guessing? Are you using ovulation test kits?

Sorry for all the ?'s just need to know a little more before I can begin to try to answer you.

I was just diagnosed with PCOS. I suspected it awhile ago, but the doctors wouldn't get their heads out of their butts. They put me on Metformin and Spironolactone. I started the Metformin about 2 weeks ago and the Spironolactone last week. I had some problems with them making me sick, but all seems to be going ok for the most part. My periods were really messed up, and I just got my first one since April 4th. I hope this works, and straightens everything out.

Today I started my Clomid 100mg. I really don't have any side effects yet! I can't wait until Monday. SO and I are going to my RE's office to pick up my HCG Shot and SO is going to learn how to give me the shot. I also have to get a u/s and blood work.

I really haven't been stressing over TTC this cycle.

So sorry you too have it. Yes, it is very normal for it to make you feel yucky. it still does me at times and I have been on it since 2003! The biggest reason it does is because it being a diabetic drug it messes with your sugar.

I will add you to my prayers for a baby!

I never had any side effects to the clomid. other than the shock of how much they cost us when we lived in NC. They we 100.00 for 5 pills each month!

Wishing you luck!

Everybody I know who was on Clomid only had to pay $5-$20. When I tried it back in April of 07' it was only $5 (I still have the same insurance).
When I picked up my Clomid they said it was $48.99!
I did not expect that. My only guess as to why it was so much is because its not generic. My insurance paid $89.00, so my insurance did over it.

The price is crazy.

The 100.00 a month for us was because insurance would not pay anything just as our insurance today will not. It is because they see it as "cosmetic" type thing. They said it is for something we want ... not something we need. We tried the clomid for about 7 years. So figure the math on 7 ys. @ 100.00 a month @ 12 mts! Then add all the other medical crap we have indured over the nearly 22 yrs. it took to concieve. then you will know why we have no money (savings acct.) @ me 41 this month and him @ 43.

Those of you who have conceived with pcos, did you have problems with low progesterone in pregnancy? My doctor has decided that I probably do have pcos and its causing my progesterone to be low because I'm not able to absorb insulin correctly   didn't start me on met, just taking 200mg of prometrium every night. I'm wondering if I had been on the Met to start with if that would have prevented this from happening.
