I started on it like a month ago. Before it, I'd only had 3 natural periods in my life. I was DX'd when I was 12, and just recently got to a point where I want to have kids. It took me awhile to decide what herbal option to use. There are several. Vitex just sounded like the best option to start with.

Thats cool I tried it. It never worked for me.  

You ladies know I've been getting bruising on my body lately. I think I might have Cushing's Syndrome. Its symptoms are a lot like PCOS.

Its funny i was recently doing some research on vitex and like you i prefer to try natural remedies. I just ordered my first bottle of vitex it is very cheap  i hope it helps with the pcos symptoms and everything thing else really want to conceive again very soon. What brand of vitex are you using? i am going to try the planetary brand ..

Hope everyone is doing well. Ive been more lurkish lately because of Richie's surgery and taking care of him.

I've taken myself off Metformin. I think that may be the reason for the bruising, it all started two weeks after I started Metformin. On soul cysters I seen some ladies had the bruising problem and the doctors couldn't figure it out. So far the bruise went away.

My nipples are so sore and still no AF.

Ok ladies... so I have a question.....
Do any of you take anything to help with mood? Lately, I've been so down and out.... I don't want to do anything and I find myself picking fights with DH for no reason and saying some hurtful things....and its just been recently, I'd like to attribute it to the whole stress of TTC and the constant disappointments just getting to me, but I just don't know? I'd rather try a natural form of mood stabilizers versus prescribed.... anyone know of any or go through this? My sister told me Fish Oil helps her, but when I asked the pharmacist he said that was only used for heart health and never heard of it being a mood stabilizer? So any suggestion or common story amongst you ladies?

Doesn't it totally suck to have to wait around for your doc to be on the same page as you?! Girl, I feel your frustration.... you try to (as hard as it is) to stay positive and be excited for something you want, and then bam.... a freakin bump in the road!! I finally had to just put my foot down with my RE and tell him what I thought I needed.... it was like going around in a circle over and over again! Sending you lots of luck  We'll all get through the ups and downs together.... we needa keep eachother sane   And I hope all the tests you had done turn out ok... all the poking and prodding gets really old after a while, huh?!
