cramping 31 weeks...

hey ladies, Ive been having this weird cramping like alll day it seems.. ( really like 2 hours) its not like menstual cramps its more of a lingering way below my belly button.. prob like 3/4 inches below. there is no discharge.. kinda feels like i need to hve a bowel movement, but i just had one and ive tried again and im not needing to go.. anyone know what this is... could this be braxton hicks?? i was told they only last a few minutes this is continuous.. thanks ladies!

I always feel like I need to poo, plus weird feelings in my lower belly. I'm assuming it's the baby moving down a bit and putting pressure on my need-to-poo nerves? I'm not sure though.

ive been thinking that, but as i type this i am cramping still while baby is kicking me or moving around up high... maybe he has had his foot dangling down there and its cramping me.. who knows.. thanks for anwsering 1st

haha, no problem! I'm pretty sure I get that crampy feeling when she's moving her head way down in my pelvis, or her shoulder is pushing against me in some weird way. Because it didn't start happening until she dropped head-down, and now i've got weird crampy feelings that are constant (like, lasting 10-20 minutes) and I always feel like I'm constipated or something.

I had a midwife appointment last week and totally forgot to ask.

I feel 'big' movements at the top of my belly- feet, knees, etc- and I can feel a lumpy bit that I'm pretty sure is a thigh from time to time. And I feel fluttery movement down in my pelvis, which I'm assuming are hands and elbows. And about 2 weeks ago I felt her big ol' round head moving around way down in my pelvis, pushing on my cervix- like, I could feel it with my hand. But I only started to be sure of what position she was at 34-36 weeks, and had it confirmed by my midwife last week as well.

oh ok... i have big movemnets up high, those have been happening abut 2 weeks now. but i also have ig movemtns lower like the middle of my stomache... so we shall see what my doc says tommorrow... i have an ultrasound on the 21st too, so then ill know for sure!

I get a lot of big movments around my belly button and my sides, too, so lower down also. Remember those legs are pretty long, and they're all folded up like an accordian in there! But you'll def. know for sure at your next appointment, they can tell super-fast.
