OK...So I bought some clothes from this member http://members.baby-gaga.com/member16020
On Oct.9th...I have YET to receive them. She said she was having personal problems numerous times. She said that she would send them out Friday (from Kentucky) I have not received them(im in PA)..I think its been long enough I should have had them ...
I hate reporting people. But I think she has had enough chances. and if I happen to receive them in the next couple days I will say its been resolved.
Oh and she also deleted me off of myspace, SO that gives me a hunch , she didn't bother sending them.

I'd report it on paypal. You can always cancel if she pulls through. If you wait 45 days or longer you can't file a claim

I purchased a sling in september from

She said shipping was going to cost to much, and that she would refund my money.
October 7th she said paypal will take 2 days to put the money on her paypal.
she still hasnt given me my money back.

How much did you pay? Shipping shouldn't be much for a sling. And flat rate is like 4.95 for shipping
