I'm sorry but what the hell does Kaila's attitude have to do with receiving her bow???so she was bitch....she still should have gotten the product she paid for and was promised. If that is the way she handles her customers she really shouldn't be in business.

Because it is her job as the seller to get her customer the product they paid for especially if the timeline promised had been exceeded REGARDLESS of reason. Personal feelings shouldnot play a part in business transactions.

Thats how business works sweety. You deal with shitty people. And the best way to still get your business is to suck it up and just do whats being asked as long as its a reasonable request, which overnighting something that should have been to the customer already, is most CERTAINLY a reasonable request. Not to mention a 21-25 day TAT is a little outrageous, but thats on the buyer to decide to still follow through

Because SHE screwed up in the first place by not having it to her on time. And thats her JOB plain and simple. Theres no excuse, stop trying to make them for her courtney.
