My kids must not be heavy wetters. The ONLY time the target diapers leaked for me was this really chaotic day where Josh and I were HORRIBLE parents, and forgot to change their diaper. ALL DAY. As in, I changed them when they woke up in the morning, and then almost 24 hours later, at 3:30 am, I woke up and they were soaked through...I thought, WTF...Then I thought and thought and couldn't remember changing them. I actually cried I felt so bad. They didn't get a rash though, and I put them to bed at like 9 pm and they hadn't leaked yet, so those diapers held A LOT.

Rest assured, we will not make that mistake again. Shep had the runs that day, so we changed him like 15 times, and the poor twins never cried or anything, so we didn't even think about it. Now I have a system where I change them every few hours whether they really need it or not!

We change at every feeding, no matter what. So they get changed at least 6 times a day!

that's what I do, they eat 4 bottles a day and then solids in between. So they get 4 set changes always, and then more because they have a tendency to wait until they get that new diaper and THEN they decide to poop. So they get 5-6 diapers a day usually.

I change my girls at every feeding too, plus more! I feel like i'm changing diapers all day long, lol.

It won't be like that for too much longer. They go a lot when they are just newborns.

I love pampers. I've tried other brands but nothing holds up like pampers. I have target brand for ace during the day but he gets pampers at night ... other wise he wakes up in a puddle.

I just check their diapers from time to time, if they feel full then I change them. if they've only peed once or twice then i don't change it.

JK...It was the last day of school, so we were gone all day long, and we kept changing Shep and we were switching off with the babies, so he had them, then I did...It totally slipped through the cracks! Plus, the boys hardly ever poop. Like, once every 10 days to 2 weeks, so we change them maybe 5 times a day, once when we wake up, then when we get home, then when they wake up from a nap, then after a bath, then before bed. We never came home that day until night time, and then they were asleep...IDK, it was crazy, and like I said, I cried I felt so bad. I'd never done that to any of my kids before, and I did it to two of them at once! But, luckily, they didn't care.

They only poop every 10 days? That's sort of crazy! Is it because they're breastfed? I've never heard of going that long between poops.

Yeah, bf babies can poop every feeding, or every 3 weeks, it's all normal. 3 weeks is on the outside of normal, but my daughter did go 21 days once. As long as they are only bf it's fine!

Thank goodness, talk about spending a ton on diapers!!
