I hate to ask, but I really need opinions.

But I have to. I'll try to make this short.
I think I may have had a miscarriage last Friday. I was just starting to show pregnancy signs when this horrible pain showed up. I thought a cyst ruptured, because I was in a lot of pain (I've had one rupture before and it was almost exactly the same pain & symptoms). I had the stomach pain that felt like a 20 minute long contraction, cold sweats, nausea, faintness, anddizziness - then it stopped, and left me sore.
I'm hoping it was just a cyst. I'm still having those welcomed pregnancy symptoms, right down to sore boobs and indigestion. But with that sort ofpain, I don't see how the baby could be alright. And I'm bracing for the worst.
So, to my question... what are the options for "removal" of the baby? God, that sounds so wrong.
I'm having a bit of a meltdown, but I know I need to go into this well informed.
I need advice.

I'm going to my doctor Wednesday morning.
I haven't had any bleeding or spotting. I'm still sore, but not nearly as bad as it was. It was a 10 at it's peak and now it's like a 3. Like mild period cramps.

1. why haven't you gone to the doctor or the E.R.?
2. Have you been bleeding at all?
3. Did you lose any clots?

Def. go to the doctor.

When I had my miscarriage, I passed everything naturally.

Have you taken a pregnancy test?

As soon as you can, go to the hospital to see if the baby's alright.
If you did have a miscarriage, which it does sound like, then they'll give you medication to flush out your uterus. Then, they'll have to go up to make sure everything out. If you don't get the dead fetus out as soon as possible, it could lead to major infections.
Don't be convinced you lost the baby, it could also be your reproduction system shutting down also.
I had a semi-miscarriage. I lost one of the twins that I was carrying, and it sounds familiar. Good luck though.

I've got an appointment for Wednesday morning.
I was going to go to the ER when the pain started, but then it just stopped before I could even get everything put together. I honestly assumed it was a cyst rupturing. I haven't had ANY bleeding. Nothing at all. No spotting. The only change in "that direction" is a lot of EWCM.
I told my doctor that I'm still having all the symptoms (I don't test til Wednesday) and he told me to take a test. I took a few and the results were "invalid" on all of them. Which apparently could be a good thing.
He said that if I start bleeding or if I have pain to that scale again, then go to the ER without question. But as long as I'm still "just sore" it could be nothing. It could be that the cyst ruptured and then I had pregnancy cramps on top of it, or it could be something major. I won't know til Wednesday.

It doesn't sound like my experience, so I would lean toward a ruptured cyst. But good luck. I hope everything goes OK on Wednesday.

Thank you... I'm just so scared.
My body is telling me that I'm pregnant. I faced the fact that it could be a "missed miscarriage" and it's scaring the hell out of me.
I hope it's just a ruptured cyst and hasn't hurt the baby.

When you get pregnant, a hormone is released to let your ovaries know to stop sending eggs. Sometimes, it can be really painful, and to other women, they don't feel a thing. Even if you didn't feel anything for a first child, it could be horrible for a second.

Believe it or not, the more relaxed you can get yourself, the better chance you have of keeping that little miracle. Until your appointment, make sure to relax.
Try to get as much rest as you can, I see that you have a little one already, but try relaxing activities. Jsut remember that even if you just got pregnant, your baby already feels the same emotions you do, so a positive look on this is the best for him/her
