I lost my paper that had the instructions on them
But isnt it:
No eating after midnight...
Drink the "drink" 30 mins bf your apt?

like i had mine a month ago and i had went to the doctor and got the drink and i had 5 minutes to drink it! It took me like 15 minutes to drink it and then i had to sit around thier office for an hour and do nothing then they drew blood! nothing hard!!

I ate that morning..but if u can do it, I suggest you don't eat..the better the results will be. Go in ..drink the drink.Wait an hour and have ur blood taken. Good luck

Ok, they let me take the drink home so i could drink it 30 mins bf my apt... And i have to write the time i took it down.
So i think my wait will be 30 mins bf i get my blood drawn. Last time i was at a diff hospital and had to wait the hr..
Its been awhile..
