hi ladies...

last night i had the most horric dream...awfull things happened to my kids and s/o
it felt so real that when i woke up i had to call the school to make sure that the kids where ok.

i have had bad 'pregnancy' dreams before but nothing as horrible and realistic as last night.
i am so scared to go to sleep tonight incase it happens again..i feel likea child thats scared of the dark.

do any of you have any sort ofideas on what i can do to get a dreamless nights sleep? .. i have a really busy day tomorrow so i cant just stay up all night.

thanks

OMG i had those really bad dreams about my girl, I had to keep myself distracted the whole day and think good thoughts. I know how you feel, hang in there.

I find it helps to end my day on a positive note. Go to sleep thinking good, happy thoughts. Have some good laughs BEFORE you go to bed, and I always have found that eating cheese later on gives me bad dreams! Weird, but true! DO what you need to do to think happy thoughts! sweet dreams!

thanks ladies, i dont think it was anything i ate.. i only had toast last night.
i would love a relaxing soak in the bath but im so huge now that i get stuck and s/o has to come pull me out but he is already in bed.

im glad im not the only one thats having/had horrible dreams it makes me feel a bit more 'normal'.
