Most Doctors will tell you to wait @ least a year to make sure your body is back to normal. We were hoping to have 2 years in between ours, but mother nautre had a different plan & they ended up being 7 years apart.

Its up to you if you feel healthy and recovered and feel that you can cope with a pregnancy and a young baby then i say go for it

I always thought you had to wait at least six months for your womb to be able to carry another baby...
if you conceive too closely together you risk the chance of the second child having developmental issues...
Either way, when your ready... it'll happen! Good Luck!

It's really up to you and your SO..
If you both feel ready and your cycles are back to normal, you may as well go ahead.

Personally, I plan on having my children 3-4 years apart... but it's a personal choice

Depends... I've heard of girls getting preggo 6 weeks after giving birth and having perfectly healthy pregnancy and babies. I wouldnt recommend that obviously....but to each their own.

We've been TTC #2 for a few months now, and my son was born in March. The Dr's arent keen on me TTC #2 for a few reasons, but #1 is because I hadto have an emergency c-section at 32 weeks because I had preeclampsia pretty bad. In general, with a natural delivery I think they like to generally see like 6-8 months between delivery and the next pregnancy, which would mean from delivery to delivery you're looking at something like 15 + months. But again, that's all in material. If your body isnt ready to sustain another pregnancy no matter how hard you try you arent likely to get and stay preggo..... I've even had to face this fact.... But good luck to you for sure!

I would say wait. After I had my daughter I wanted to get pregnant again so badly it hurt...BUT at my husband's insistance we waited and truthfully I'm so thankful we did. Once my daughter started crawling and walking and really getting into things life got much much more chaotic...I'm not sure I would have made it through that phase preggers again LOL
At four months you're just getting settled as a mommy...I'd say give it a little more time and enjoy your little bubba.
