7 weeks and spotting?

Okay.. so i went to my first appt today and all is well, except I have been concerned because for the past 8-10 days I have had light brown spotting...on and off. I looked into it online andI believed that it was just implantation bleeding but I really didn't think that it would last this long? Docto said that it is really nothing to be concerned about unless it turns to a red color. Has this happened to anyone else?

i dident stop bleeding until last week! i had brown and red blood but my baby is doing just fine. i wouldent worry about it unless its alot of blood and cramping!

I have been spotting for alittle over a week as well. My doc said not to worry cause my HCG levels are doubling. Don't stress your self out.

That's awesome to hear. First time pregnant....and so much to worry about. =]

It's very normal honey. If it's brown that means it's old blood. Our cervix's are very easily irritated when we are pregnant so it can bleed very easy after sex or pelvic exam or bumping it against something a little hard... It's so stressful, but very normal. Try to relax as much as you can. If there was something to be concerned about the doctor would have said so.

I did, and it was for wks, it was nothing. Unless is bright red, you're ok.
