50lbs 3 year old?

ok so there is a child in the daycare he turned 3 in july, this child weighs 51lbs! He doesnt look big or heavy I think he is just a very solid little boy lol. Is 50lbs odd for a 3 year old?

Sounds like a lot, but would really depend on how tall he is.

I'm not sure but I know my 18 month old weighs probably around 30...

my 3 year old weighs about 38 pounds but hes as tall as some 4-5 year

my 3 yr old is 37 lbs and he's not skinny he's perfect

I would say its big but how tall is he. My 3 1/2 year old is 34 pounds and is about 38 inches tall.

Well, that sounds kind of heavy for 3'. My son is just over 3' and almost 11 months and only weighs about 25lbs. But even if he is overweight really what are you going to do?

I don't think ti is a problem as long as he is not obese, some kids keep their baby fat a little longer or are just big boned, My three year old is tall and skinny she weighs 28 lbs.

I was just wondering if it was odd, cause he looks like a average little boy then you go to pick him up and it's like jeez do have dumbells in your pocket? lol. I'm 32wks preg there aint no way i'm picking that boy up, lol He's still the sweetest boy around

hunter has to wear size 4/5 little boys shirts cause his head is so big plus he has a long upperbody sao he needs the lenght

That's what everyone says about Ryan when they go to pick him up. I guess some kids are just built more solid than others. Ryan drinks A LOT of milk so I know that has a lot to do with him being a big boned kid.
