Lifting

Ok so i have looked up online and i am not finding a direct answer to my question.
So here goes how much is the limit a pregnant woman can lift ?
I was packing a bag and i nudged it and tugged on it a bit to position it so i could zip it up.
And now i am having some cramps and back cramps doesn't feel abnormal.
But I have a flight in 2 days and i am slightly paranoid.
Also the bag couldn't be over much over 40 pounds.

the general rle is 40 pounds througth the 1st tri, then only 25 from then on out.

Ok then i wont readjust the luggage anymore someone else can do it .

My dr told me 20-25lbs. And that's been through the whole pregnancy.

Ok I kept looking for this answer to and the doctor told me this: You can lift what you feel comfortable lifting, as long as you arn't straining to lift. So a good way to tell is if you can't pick something up and hold it while you are talking to someone than it's to heavy.

Def nothing that make you strain, I lifted a 50lb suitcase in the first trimester and ended up pulling a muscle by my rib cage and was on bedrest for a week, it was very painful and extremely uncomfortable, and soooooo not worth it, have someone do it for you!

Is the luggage on wheels? If not, I'd get a wheelie.

1 is on wheels and the other is not.
I am going to be visiting my parents i just told my dad to bring my brother along to the airport to help carry the bags.
Due to the fact i wont be able to help with the bags
