Pumping Issue Part 2

Oh I forgot to add in my last pumping post that my nipples are so sore and tender to the touch! I spoke with my LC and she gave me some advise & different size flanges which I thought would help, but it just seems to be the same. I've used the Medela Tender Care Lanolin cream before and after I pump and still no relief. Then I make sure I don't use soap on them as muchso they don'tdry up and let them air out every now and then, but no relief! I'm going crazy! I also have been pumping at a 2 or 3 level on my Medela PISA. I wanted to stop cold turkey, but know what'll happen if I do...Anyone have any suggestions???

you can just get a cup of very warm water and put your nipples in it now it will take a min for the milk to come but it will all you do is dump it out when your done it really works good...
