Christmas List!

Ok, so I am working on Gavin's Christmas list (yes it is early, but I have to start saving now   and I am not totally sure what all to get him and what is too much or enough. He will be 9 months old - anyone care to share either what they plan to get their 9 mo+ baby? Or their 9 mo+'s favorite toys?

I plan to get him a membership to the MN Zoo - he loves to go and if we go twice in 1 year, it pays for itself. I also want to get him this:


My thing is - we celebrate with my sister and her 2 kids and I don't want to feel awkward getting Gavin less or more then them. I think I will just bring a few gifts for him to Christmas (3 or 4)...

Well, I LOVE the zoo but I love that toy lol.

I think that will be his spendy gift. Well, the zoo and zoo toy will be. The rest I think will be cheaper toys and books. I am addicted to buying books!
My DH gets a discount on Zoo memberships through his work, so 1 year will be $50. Which is awesome because when we go to the zoo as a family, with parking, it is $33 to get in. Sweet!

Oh lol I didn't know you meant a zoo toy.  apparently I am stupid today.  But a zoo membership would be awesome.  It's expensive to go anywhere these days.

It's 94 for 2 adults and however many children you bring under 18.  I think it's pretty good

we are getting our son that too. everytime we go to the store he gets excited to see it. Also I wouldnt worry about not getting to much or too little, he's only a baby and he's not going to notice either way. started chrmas shoping 2 months ago so we wont get hit so hard. we are getting him 10 things. we figure that way if family gets him things it wont be so much stuff. he already has alot.

That's about how much we are getting Nathan.  His bday is Dec 30th though so we are going to get hit really hard lol
