I love spiders. lol I"m an odd one.
But it is getting cooler outside and they are trying to get into the houses now. I know real good because I live in Ohio, about ten minutes from Lake Erie and they always get bad. Especailly when you're near the woods and stuff like I am. As a matter of fact I opened the bathtub doors up and found a wolf spider in my tub just walkin around lol. I killed it though. I usually get a jar and put them outside, but with me being pregnant, getting bit is not an option. lol
I'd have the outside of my house sprayed. You can't do it because you're pregnant, but I'd have your husband do it. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and have him get the stuff to do it. And it'll really keep them from getting in.

Yea, it's that time of year! I found a couple in the last two days. Squash them and their buddies. Sometimes I go crazy ~ trying to clean everything to get rid of them. Never even thought of spraying for them. I get images of spiders crawling around under my bed. ThenI thought of one in the baby's crib after I read your post. OMG!

my step dad is an exterminator and he told me that spraying my apartment would NOT get rid of spiders. The only way to do that is to take precautions that other bugs don't get in, including flying insects which spraying also doesnt get rid of. He said spiders just go where the bugs are :/ apparently the poison doesnt stick to them so unless you spray directly on them it doesnt effect them
