Your dilating and effacing?? I have never been throught that or maybe i have and havent noticed can someone please advice or do i have to go to the doctor so they can tell me?

Only way to tell is when your doc checks you, and they start checking when it gets close to your due date

I had a feeling when it started to happen because i started feeling a ton of pressure but only the doctor can say for sure.

I've been like 40% effaced for awhile ... I had no idea when it occured ... doc did a check and thats what it was. And then I went to the doc last week because I was walking funnier than usual and i had no idea but i dilated 1cm ... I couldnt feel either or know ... it just happens.
