after baby if you were "big" before

hey ladies...i was wondering what some of you looked like after having your baby if you were a lil heavy prior to being pregnant...for exmaple i weighed right at 195 before i got pregnant...and so far have gained 25lbs...was just wondering what you ladies were looking like now a days and what you did to get there. people always post their PP pics but it looks like they were small to start with....
so please if you can post your before/after pics and how you got there.....

lol i will not post pics haha buuutt after i had my daughter i lost ALOT of weight. i didnt look nowhere what some of these momma's do, but i was alot skinnier than i was when i was pregnant lol but im a stay at home mom so i gained all of it back and then some.
but i owuld just stay on a diet and excercise. that should help shed some of the unwnated weight.

I don't have any pics, I DON"T like taking pics of my full body right now lol.. I was 237 when I got pregnant, was 265 the day I delivered. At my 6 week pp checkup, I had already lost all baby weight, now it's just all about losing 100 lbs. I have no means of working out since I do not have a vehicle, so I am trying to convince the husband that I want a exercise bike. O I am only 3 months 1 week pp. I might get some pics taken for ya, but thats is a big IF lol

yeah right before i got pregnant i lost 20lbs on weight watchers so im def going to do that again...and then the hospital offers free aerobics classes for pre and post natal so im going to call about that tomorrow...migt as well start will im still pregnant!

Before i got pregnant i was about 170lbs. & i gained a total of 50lbs during my pregnancy.
I'm currently 2 weeks pp. & at my 1 week check up i lost 30lbs.

I lost more weight than I gained after having my son and now Im exactly the same as I was pre pregnancy.  I dont have any pics though, sorry.

well if you dont wnna post the pics you can jus send em to me...if you want lol. if you dont have a vehicle...have you tried just walking daily? i did that when i was doing weight watchers before i got pregnant and it helped...and then i had a dance/excersise vidoe i would do at night for like 30 mins....

thats cool...thanks. i just always see the PP pics of the gyrl who were tiny before pregnancy so i just wanted some input from those of us who might not be considered tiny!

yup. that's where i messed up. i dint excercise while pregnant.
my daughter's 2 yrs in 3 months and i'm still way otuta shape.
that's aweseom they offer free aerobics classses!! mine didnt offer ANYTHING

I was 160ish when I got pregnant with my second and 205 the day I delivered. I was down to 175 when I got knocked up again and have gained 10lbs so far. I was very small when I got pregnant with my daughter(firstborn) but was not one of those lucky ones who gain a lot and lose it all after. I never got back down to my PP weight with her but after this baby is born I plan on trying to again.

yeah all you can do is TRY!! i know im going to be on it after i have him lol just cuz i know i can do it....esp since i just did it right before getting pregnant

well after I gave birth to my son I went back to prepregnancy weight by my six week pp checkup. My son had madical issued which I ate my way through adn have gained weight. Having issues TCC makes me stress eat more-I feel like a boat-it's been four and a half years adn I look like I a five months pregnant-only with out the excuse!

Yah I have been walking lately, but the weather is now getting really nasty here. Basically our sunny months are now over and now the rain hits  . Everyone that lives here says ot rains 300 days out of the year which in all honesty is pretty true lol

oh no thats alot of rain!!! what about goint o the mall or some where to walk
