October mommies =]

ok ladies, It's pretty obvious that we are all ready to have our bundle of joys! But my babygirl seems to think she can stay in mommys belly for ever! I wish she would come on out on her own. But she doesn't want to! Anywho I lost my mucus plug today. And if she doesn't come out on her own then wensday(the 15th) I will be getting induced! any other october mommys getting induced?

No... but if I go over my due date, I am going to have to ask! my mom has to get a full hystorectomy on the 1st of November and I need to be out of the hospital by then so that I can take care of my little sister... I'm sort of scared to ask because I don't want them to think I'm doing it because I'm sick of being pregnant/just want my body back... because that isn't the case! I hope they'll be a little understanding at least.. it's a base hospital so we shall see!

Also I wish I were you! I have had some contractions I know.. but nothing serious or close together... What do they feel like to you?

I'm due the same day as you and my next apt. is on the 15th and I was going to try to get them to induse me cuz I'm so unconfertable. How did you manage getting induced before your due date? If you don't mind me asking that is.

I find out on tuesday whats happening. I've been having major hip trouble since about 22 weeks, and its gotten so bad that i can hardly move. I cant walk, sit, or sleep without being in pain. Im going to talk to my OB on tuesday and hopefully she will induce me.

Lets hope that your little girls decides to come out on her own before wednesday!

How did you get them to induce earlier than your due date , by that many days? just curious?

Not getting induced...But I did have some pretty strong contractions last night for about two hours.(they were about 3 mins apart) Nothing made them better.  I've been getting period cramps since them. Hopefully something will happen soon.

because i had high blood pressure awhile back...they thought i had toxemia but i dont...ive been on bedrest since..and plus my babys head is measuring big..a week ahead of what im supposed to be..dont know if that has anything to do with it or not.

i havent had any contractions nothing at all my whole pregnacy has been really smooth!

I got scheduled to get induced on the 16th, but I've been having contractions every 10 minutes for the past 6 hours. They've just recently started coming every 3 minutes, but I don't think it's anything too serious yet - just some prelabor signs, haven't lost my mucus plug, but I did have some light brownish discharge - which I think occurred from having a cervical exam yesterday

well i will have my fingers crossed for you!!! I cant imagine being in that pain  Im a big baby when it comes to pain.

Hmm.... Maybe I have a chance after all lol..... I'm sick of being so unconfertable and my last apt on the 7th I was 1 1/2 cm dilated and they said her head was SO far down in my pelvis that I had to be one unconfertable pregnant person. Plus shes sunnyside up..... What a lil jerk baby lol.
