Clomid & DH's Mid-tour

My DH & I had been TTC for 9-10 months before he had left for his year long tour to Korea. My Dr. knows we've been TTC with no luck. My question is (& if any of you have been in the same situation), if I ask my doctor, do you think she'll put me on clomid for his 30 day mid-tour?

*As far as ovulation: Idk if I have an ovulation problem or not. Some months I have EWCM and others I don't. I don't always receive positive OPKs either.

*Also Idk if I matters but my mom had conceived me on clomid & I know there is difficulty in my family when it comes to being able to conceive.

I'm in the same sittuation you are hun. i got off the depo shot in jan. 07 me and my husband have been having un protected sex that whole time and still not pregant we have actually been trying trying since december 07 but all together about a 1 year and 10 months. I wasn't having any periods until Jan. 08 and they have been out of wack they just started regulating at the end of June. Of course he has been deployed since march [7 months] but he is coming home for mid tour leave [18 days] on Nov. 1st. so were going to try then. about the clomid idk? my doctor knows how long we have been TTC and the only thing she recomended me was Folic acid vitamins so i have been taking them and a multi vitamin. so yeah...well good luck when he come's home! wish ya the best and lots of baby dust to ya!   by the way you can research things you can do to help impove the chances of getting pregnant. I have. I want to be totally ready for when he comes home. lol.
