contractions?

i have been having pms like cramps. Is this bh contractions? i am 30 weeks

If its painful its contractions

its slighty painful but not too bad..

Yep, Unless they hurt like hell and a whole minute long and coming at least 5mins apart than your in real labor

At 30 wks your contractions would feel entirely different that what most people experience when they get to term. Your contractions may be real and not hurt at all. I was in labour at this same point with my son and it was completely painless. In retrospect the only thing that would have tipped my off was that the tightening feeling I was getting (which I thought was just the baby doing flips) was actually pretty regular. So pain is no indication of whether or not they are real at this point, but if your stomach is tightening from the top and it's regular then I would recommend at least calling a nurses hotline if not going to L&D just to be safe. I know I'll never assume it's just nothing again.

Maby they might be BH mine hurt sometimes to. go to L&D just incase. Goodluck
