Dizziness/anxiety

Im 19 weeks pregant.
And here lately, mainly later on in the day about 7 or 8..sometimes later I've been kinda dizzy.. I don't know if it has to do with my eating habits.. Or just the changes.. Either way, what can help it? Or possibly prevent it..
Also before I got pregnant I was on zoloft for anxiety,panic attack.etc.. mainly that.. and awhile before I was doing fine without my medicine.. But here lately, last night and kinda right now.. have gotten panic attacks.. and I dont know what it is.. just feel like something wrong or Im not sure how to explain it.. anyone else have that before/during pregnancy? What can I do to help it? is there anything I can take? I dont know if it has to do with the changes going with my body, and my body getting use to being off my medicine or what it is.. cause for awhile off it I was fine till recently.
Anyone have any advice or anything? Also if anyone has anything similar going on, I'd like to hear your stories/what helped you. Thanks so much!

Zoloft is actually really safe to take while pregnant. Definitely talk to your doctor before it gets any worse. I tried to make it through this pregnancy without meds, but sometimes you just need some help. Make an appointment ASAP and good luck!

Is it?? I wasn't sure.. Cause at my appt before the I just had on Oct. 2 [which at that appt. didnt have much issue either lol], I didn't have any issues without it and they asked me how I was doing and I said I was doing ok, which I was at the time. And she had told me that if it starts acting up, to tell them and don't think that their wasn't anything to take. Cause she told me that for awhile it can be ok without it then it can stir up again randomly.. which it did..
And did you have issuses with panic/anxiety as well or something? Cause I was like you wanting to see if I could make it w/o it and I told my mom that I was doing ok without and some doctors have said that being pregnant can sometime cure it and for awhile mine was until recently.. and I think it has to do with some stress I've been under and the way I've been eating.. But the only prob. is my next appt. isn't until Oct. 30.. I guess I can call and see if they have anything any earlier and tell em that I want one earlier cause im having anxiety.

I've had issues with anxiety and depression since I was 13. I took Effexor XR for years and liked it well enough, but the withdrawl is horrible. I stopped taking it when I got pregnant this time thinking I would be ok, but I knew about a month ago that I needed help. I talked to my Dr. about it and she said Zoloft was one of the best to take, but I have tried it in the past and it didn't work for me. I am taking Lexapro now. I still worry some about the effects on the baby, but I also know that me being really depressed and anxious wouldn't be good either. I would call and see if you can get in before your next appt. so that it doesn't get away from you. And you are not the only one!! PM me anytime if you need to talk. I've had issues with my anxiety for I don't even know how long.. I get it from my dad.. agh stupid genetics.. lol I was on zoloft for awhile before I got Preg. and it worked really well for me. Main thing that I also liked about it was that I didn't have any side affects with it. I haven't had much issue with depression.. main thing that I had was like I said anxiety/panic attacks.
If im thinking right I think my dad is on Lexapro..Im not 100% sure but I think that might be the name of his.. And one nigh about a month ago I had a small panic attack and didn't think much of it.. So I didnt say anything.. Cause I too was worried how it would affect on the baby. But now Im beginning to realize a little help will go along way in the end..and like you said just trying to deal with it is worse than taking a medication for help.. Cause I just try to think, even though I worry about it, that if the doctors though anything at all wrong with taking a med. while preg, they wouldnt give it to you or prescribe it to you.. Like at my last appt. I was batteling sinuses. Like stuffy nose and stuff.. and I didn't take anything before my appt. besides tylenol cause I was paranoid, so I almost forgot to mention about what I could take.. But thankfully my mom was with me and mentioned it.. and they prescribed me a I think its called a Z Pack or something.. A I think was a 5 day prescription. And with that I was kinda worried about it but then I was like they wouldnt have given it to me if they thought it would harm me/the baby..But of course being preg. you get paraniod with soo many things.. And Im even more so with it being my first. But anyways, thank you so much for your help. And this site helps so much with hearing personal experience.
