I dont know about the ringworm srry, but since you have a cat make sure the litter box is outside or somewhere were you cant smell it and have someone else change it it because the smell is harmful during pregnancy

Here is some info I got from WebMD:

Toxoplasmosis During Pregnancy - Cause

Toxoplasmosis is an infection caused by a tiny parasite that infects birds and mammals, including humans. Cats are the only live carriers of toxoplasmosis. When a cat is infected, its feces contain toxoplasma eggs for about 2 weeks. These eggs can survive in moist soil for up to 18 months. Eggs in soil or sand can also contaminate food and water.
Cats that never go outside and do not catch mice indoors cannot be infected with toxoplasmosis.
Infection by mouth

You can get toxoplasmosis from cat feces or in contaminated food or water. People most often get toxoplasmosis by:
  • Eating the eggs. You can become infected by mouth after touching anything that has come into contact with infected cat feces, such as when cleaning a cat's litter box or gardening where a cat has left feces. Eating contaminated food, such as unwashed vegetables, or eating with contaminated hands are examples of how you can get infected with toxoplasma eggs. Eating the meat of an infected animal. You can get toxoplasmosis from meat that is not fully cooked or has not been frozen. For more information on meat preparation, see the Prevention section of this topic.

Fetal infection

If you are first infected while you are pregnant or up to 8 weeks before becoming pregnant, you can pass the parasite on to your unborn baby (fetus). If you have already developed immunity to toxoplasmosis before pregnancy, you cannot get reinfected or pass the infection on to your fetus.

For now, the antifungal cream should hold you off till you go to the doctors. try not to touch it or it will spread. Maybe cover it so that the liquid doesn't drip anywhere else. Treat your cat and keep her inside. They get it from the outdoors. It's on the cat's body somewhere, not just in the litter. You probably caught it from touching the cat, not necessarily from the cat's litter. I know it itches like hell, but try not to touch it, it spreads so easily. I had it years ago and I didn't know what it was. My kids brought it in after playing outside with stray cats. I kept scratching it and messing with it and it spread all over. It was even on my kids' heads! I had it right on my chin! I don't recall what I used to get rid of it, but I remember the over the counter stuff didn't work really well compared to the prescription anti fungal creams.

eww, I didn't know it was in their feces, I though they carried it on their body! I guess just keep the cats inside.
