Is there a way???

posted 11th Oct
Hi guys is there a way to STOP these crazy pregnancy dreams??

Or at least put me in a deep enough sleep so i dont remember them in the morning.

Most of the dreams i have just laughed about but having a steamy sex dream about Mover Rich from the "Imagination Movers" is where i draw the line

Any herbal or pregnancy safe sleeping remedies you could suggest would be great

I don't think so. Sometimes, I have even WEIRDER dreams when I try to take something to sleep better. You are always going to dream, and with our lovely hormones, we get the weird ones. LOL.

ETA: You can take tylenol PM and unisom, but it won't help with the dreams.

Weird dreams come with pregnancy...the further along I got, the more uncomfy I was...and the less sleep I got just made them even stranger.

I never took anything to help me sleep - I didn't have sleep issues, I had rolling over and adjusting issues. That kind of pain is going to wake anyone who isn't in a coma!

I had weird dreams last time but not to this extent.

LOL - you can take a benadryl. that should make you sleep pretty deep. it makes me a little foggy the next day though. it's safe to take during pregnancy.

Is that the same chemical in turkey that makes everyone gassy too? Good combo.

haha....that is great. I always dream my husband is doing something wrong like cheating or misplacing the baby. Sometimes I wake up really mad at him and he looks at me and says "what did i do in your dream this time"

I did that kinda stuff too...except hubby would have to wake me up and ask if I was ok because I'd be crying/screaming in my sleep. Fortunately for him, he was gone the first 20 weeks, and worked nights up until 2 weeks before I had Lindy, so he just got the tail end of it.
