we cant relate...

so me and my bf have been together for three years i justgot off the phone with him, i feel like i cant relate to him. we have got nothing in common with eachother and hes lazy and doesnt do anything for himself but complain and be out with his friends, im so sick of him but a part of me still loves him, i cant bring myself to tell him its over because a part of me still wants him i dont know why. what should i do

I think you really need to sit down & think of what's best for your child. Do you think he's mature enough to help you take care of this baby? From what you posted, I'd say not. Love him or not, you're going to be under a lot of stress when that child is born... if he's only going to add to that, well... I think you see where I'm going with this.

Of course -- it can't hurt to talk to him either. Ask him if he's ready to be a father& the such. If he wants to be, then he needs to grow up! Maybe he'll surprise you.

i feel that way all the time... i get sad about it for a few days and then get over it.. like he really doesnt make me happy and probably never could give me what i think "i need" but in reality my boyfriend is an amazing person and i feel lucky for him to be mine.. but am unsure on how id feel if he was someone elses

if you really think you love him, try and work thought it- trust me Ive been with my SO for 5 years, 2 years into our relationship... I hated him... and wanted to leave him- we worked it out, and are now on baby # 2... we still have our issues dont get me wrong.. he is lazy as well.. but I love him and he loves me enouph to keep trying to keep all the shit together.. Its hard but try to comunicate with each other (take a look at my default pic, you can tell my SO isnt the "feelings" type!) good luck and keep your head up!
