Gift Ideas

My friend just had her baby today - they didn't find out what they were having, and ended up having a boy!

I want to take something fun up to the hospital for her, and am looking for cute BOY gift ideas. Something there's really no chance she would have received because they didn't find out. I had a girl - so I'm kind of at a loss for what kind of boy things to get her.

Help!

a nice gift basket with the basic necessities?

Can you make a diaper cake or basket and add a bunch of boy stuff to it.
baby shoes
bibs
socks
first aid case
bottles
oufits
diapers
lotions, shampoos and stuff to put in it.
(just ideas of what to use)

and then you can decorate it too in all boys colors and thats tons of fun.

I failed to mention she's already had 2 baby showers, and received all of the basic stuff...at least 4 diaper cakes at the shower I went to.  

My baby is a month older than hers, so I threw out ides a week ago about some things she should get if she hadn't already - she already had all of it!

I would go with the basket then and just get cute boy oufits, shoes and socks to go with it. You cant ever have to much of that.
or just a big present box filled with things too either way she will love all the extra things.

or a little boy first piggy bank with the first hand print set or foot print set.

Where does a person find the keepsake type stuff...like a piggy bank and handprint set? That'd be fun for my little one too! LOL
