help with photoshop CS3

well i have just downloaded photoshop cs3 (extended i think lol)
i have'nt got a clue how to use it anyone know of any good tutorials or have any advise please xx

i just started to use photoshop as well, what i did was click around and read whatever the program tutorials provided. but my brother (computer geek.lol) gave me this link http://psdtuts.com/. if ya ever need anything, just msg me we can exchanges emails or messenger screen names.
