Try drinking juice and walking around for a bit to see if that get her going.

drink something caffienated or sugary and lay on your left side if you don't get any movement call your doctor and see what they think, they may have you go get checked out to make sure she's still doing good

im almost 25 weeks.
She has her hyper days and her not so hyper days.

My doctor told me not to worry about it too much until I start doing fetal counts. Unless she doesn't move for more than 24 hrs. Cause they're movements are still very spontaneous at this point.

I agree. You can also try a little caffeine, like a can of soda. Stuff like that usually gets them going.

i did drink a pop and a coffee , and tried laying down then sitting int he chair (she sually moves when im in the chair listning to music .... im getting worried as all hell

well if all else fails and she hasn't moved call your doctor and they can tell you whether you should be worried or not. Good luck hon, I'm sure she's fine.

If you're really worried call your doctor or nurse line if you ahve one and see waht he recommends you doing.

I'm also 21 weeks pregnant, and I have the same worries from time to time! The other day I kept telling my boyfriend how worried I was because I hadnt felt the baby move all day long. But eventually towards the end of the day he moved around a little and I was so relieved! But I heard it's nothing to worry about because they sleep most of the day.

Yeah eventually you'll get to the point I'm at where any movement is like omg ouch! There's no avoiding his movements anymore lol. Soooo uncomfortable

Im there.
Sometimes I actually yell at my belly to stop moving, haha.
She's big enough to kick me everywhere I dont want to be kicked now.

And she'll roll up on one side, you know, so I have a huge bump on my right side and my left side is flat as a board, and she stretches or something, that hurts so bad.

Some babies have lazy days...but try drinking some orange juice. That always makes my girls move like crazy

I called telehealth she said i shouldnt worry i have no symptoms to be worried about , that this is normal i still cant elp but worry LOL however im not sure cos i was adjusting in the chair i thin k i felt a small kick very light so mur ..... but thank you so much ladies it means alot <3

i freaking love orange juice but cant drink it since i have been pregnant the acids hurt my tum ....

awww...thats too bad! There are tons of things that hurt my stomach too like butter
