i want to register but idk how it might work out.

do i have to get on everyday? what if something comes up?

if i dont answer a question correctly will money be taken out of my personal account? Such as my bank account.

Yup. Whenever. You can sign in once a week if you want and answer 1 question. It doesn't matter.

i was wonderring because they ask at what time i would be able to work.

When you send in your application, they will send you a link for an area called KnowledgeBase. You need to read it all before you test, or you won't get hired. And don't log into the Universe (you'll see what it is when you get going on the site) until you are ready to test. I did all of my studying in IE, because then you can't log into the Universe (only on Firefox). It's really easy, there's just stuff you need to know before you take the test.
