Serious Question

I wanted to post this yeaterday but I was too tired....

But anyway I was at work yesterday and we were having this discussion about Blacks raising their kids different from any race.
Like one person was saying: Blacks curse around their babies whereas white/other races when they have an argument they take it to the next room, etc.
What do you think about this?

i think race aint got anything to do wit it girl!! color is color it dont affect ur parenting skills (my opinoin) there are ppl of all colors that curse aroun there kids

I am white, and I am definitely guilty of getting into arguments around my child. Not that I am proud but still.

I curse around my son.. I hate that I do it.. its a habit.. my mom has a horrible mouth and always cussed at and around us...   I wish I could just stop.. I try but it doesnt work that well... Ahhh I dont want my kids cussin cause I will slap their teeth out of their mouth!! n I dont wanna have 2 do it...lol   I prefer 2 argue in a diff room or tell my son to go in the other room cuz it upsets him...

Color has nothing at all to do with it. IMO my sister raises her kids the same as me and vise versa. IMo again I think it is the situation the parent(s) have.

I think it's ignorant for someone to think that it is just one race that will do something like that. I think we are all guilty of doing or saying something in front of our children. Hell, i just saw a purple lady screaming at her green hubby right in front of the orange kid

I believe we all do, but that was just one of the 'things' they were pointing out. It didn't turn into an argument or anything, so I took it as a discussion.
Me personally I have to scream and yell at my 9 year to get stuff done, he act like he doesn't understand when I talk to him nicely.
See me I believe in yelling any place and anywhere...I dont care who sees or whispers.
But Ivoiced out and said: 'while that may be true we don't tolerate being yelled at and bossed around as parents!'

oh, and my parents always fought around me. 
i lived with my grandparents until i was eleven, and i don't really remember seeing them have a serious argument. they always did that quietly when i was in bed.

whoever said that is ignorant.
There are people in every race who argue in front of the kids or cuss in front of the kids. It's not a matter of color at all, its a matter of crap parenting.
