Food Poisoning?

Okay I made some homeade crumbled Italian Sausage and Tortellini soup a couple of hours ago. When I was browning the sausage, I knew that a few of them were still undercooked on the inside, but I thought that boiling the soup for like 30 minutes would fully cook it. I dunno if cooked sausage looks a little pink on the inside, or what, but I got paranoid about eating any more of it. I ate a little sausage earlier, so what do you guys think? I hope I didn't hurt my son.
