That is how my man felt....Then I had my son and tore pretty bad so I couldn't have sex. It was totally uncomfortable, then I felt healed-got an IUD and had to wait another two weeks, THEN WE FINALLY DID IT. The next day I started my period. And my son is 10 weeks old. WTF!!!! IT HAS BEEN A LONG AND AGONIZING RIDE.

Lol, it's the same for me. Was diagnosed with placenta previa last week and advised not to have sex.. and now I want it more! Grrr.

Men....so selfish.....you have to go without sex for 5 months too. UGH! (JK)

the only way to tell is by ultrasound

Yeah, that is how I found out. Although the doc said that bleeding is another sign, which, thank goodness, I haven't had.

Well, after sex Monday, Tuesday I bled (old blood) just a little and after they did the Pelvic it did the same thing. I'm thinking that at my appointment on Tuesday I'm gonna ask them to check the Placenta placement. Would that cause the old blood (the placenta being in the way?)

I was told that the blood is bright red if previa is present. Also, it is not detectable until around 22 weeks and that is with an ultrasound. If you are concerned, it would be good to ask about it at your next appt though I wouldn't worry too much about that Momma.

i had placent previa also, it fixed itself within a month or so.
i have no idea about the anal , but serious kudos for being such a good wife! lol
