It's safe.. I worked in an asian fusion restaurant when I was pregnant with my first... everything used to make it is pasteurized....

Pineapple juice, orange juice cider juice Is all good for you special when your prego so dont see why anything wrong with that.

Darling, stop worrying about everything you eat. Most of the things they say you cant eat are just old wives tales.. Eat as you please...

Just eat it! If you want it go for it. I deprived myself almost my entire pregnancy of sandwiches because of lunch meat and finally I broke down and had it...our parents didnt have any of these things and we turned out okay. I decided that I refuse to worry about things like this...its not as harmful as they say as long as you do everything in moderation

i drink unpasteruized cider everyday...but i saw it be made so i know its safe!! But each w/e u want to i have that kinda food at least once aweek cuz i crave micky d's!!
