I am just wondering

Does anyone have kids in elementry school? My daughter brought a note home talking about milk carton, the gallon size, contest. Your suppose to make something out of the milk jug and turn it in. I am wondering where i could get some ideas to decorate this thing because she really wants to do this. I am not sure what to make. She doesnt either. So any suggestions would be great   

how about cutting off the top and make it a plant holder? You could decorate the bottle and poke small holes for drainage in the bottom

I just googled craft ideas with milk jugs and those were a few things that came up  

we made swans out of milk cartons in 3rd grade. i have no idea how we did it but i can search to see if they have instructions somewhere. it was really neat.

make a robot i helped my sister make one (everyone else in he rclass either made a car or a truck) dont go for the obvious think outside the milk carton box

thanks i will try these. Shes so excited to do this. Wish my son was into this stuff. But hes 10 so i guess its normal.
