The thing is I've only ever self harmed in the hospital. I have other mental health concerns and one of them is where I do my SH and I don't remember it afterwards. Only reason I know I did it is seeing the evidence.

I'm trying to word everything right. For my thing that I'm typing up. I'm drafting it and redrafting it to make sure I don't come off as psycho or crazy. Even though I'm not I don't want anybody to get the wrong impression.

I hope to be done with it within the next few days

I know you're worried, but you really don't need to be extra cautious about what you write here. We know you aren't crazy or psycho or anything like that. We are what we are, and we all have our quirks and issues. Besides, I'm intrigued to see what you have to say now.

I've only injured myself once or twice and not recalled it afterwords. Otherwise it's always been in full consciousness. And I have tons of scars to show for it. So, really. If you think you need to talk about it, please don't hesitate. I'm the last person on the face of the planet who could ever judge you.

I'm having such crazy thoughts this afternoon...

I just want to die in my sleep.
Smurf bipolar. Smurf anxiety and depression and all this smurf I suffer with.

If I could drown in my tub right now and know it would work...I would do it.

But...it wont work..I always come back up to breathe. I'm going to drown myself in my meds instead and fall asleep.

Thanks girl. My eyes are swollen from crying but I hope today is better..I have my MRI this morning and my nerves are all cranked up.
Ive picked my skin on my nails so bad, that Ive had to put bandaids on them to stop myself :/

Nervous test was worse than MRI! Glad I got it done and over. Today has been better than last night.
