.5 But taking just one of them doesn't usually do anything for me. I usually have to take two, and I end up passing out after.

I always have to take it when I'm going out to meet people. Especially new people or "professional" people.

Me too girl! Its soon...the lady is sussoped to call me tomorrow. I went to see a neurologist today and he thinks my head pain is caused by a nerve. So spinal and brain MRI and nervous body system test.... I'm so nervous.

Not doing well. Without going into many details because I have had no time to type something up so most don't know what's going on. I'm so not well. But it's like I know I can't do anything harmful. A my daughter can't grow up without a mom. She's already growing up without a father in her life I can't leave her without a mom. I need to type something up for this thread. I will try to get on that shortly. I can't really concentrate to type everything up right now. My mind is racing and these are the thoughts that have come to my mind in the past five minutes. I've just typed them out.

I need support. I'm so close to SH or running away with her.

SH=self harm. I don't like to say the means of how I SH for fear of triggering others. I actually don't like to type even self harm either. For fear of what could trigger someone.

I'm trying...it's very hard.
