Hey guys I haven't written in here for a loooooooooong time. If no one remembers me that's fine.  

I was wondering if any of you get palpitations? I get them. They say it can be related to anxiety. I get them even when I'm not feeling anxious. But I have had a heart/health phobia for a while now.

I've recently started fluoxetine (prozac) I've been on it for about 3 weeks. The first week I felt great. Then I had a massive palpitation while resting and my anxiety has come back. I just feel out of it a lot. Spacey kinda. I'm on 20 mg. I think I may have to go higher before I start feeling better.

Does anyone have any good information on how to handle obsessive behavior?

So, apparently my doctor trusts me quite a bit.

He was adamant about not wanting to keep me on Xanax (as needed) because its addictive, and because its doctors that dont say "no" that are to blame for people like Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson, etc etc.

Well, I told him it seems to be the only thing that works for anxiety attacks. He agreed, but at first he'd only give me one script with no refills. I went back today, and he gave me a script for 60 with 4 refills.

I guess he trusts me not to abuse them now.

Does anyone know any information about getting a mental hygiene warrant against someone? It's in the state of Ohio, if that matters.
I just need to know on what grounds can you get one, and if they tell the person who signed it against them?

I'm new to this thread, guess I should of said that first. Been a member for awhile but while on my few months break from BG was diagnosed with Bipolar type 2. Along with dealing with some other things since I got handled by seeking help.

Hoping to make some friends in here..who can relate.  

Is i possible for Mental health to get it's own section in the forums? Seems like a lot of people here need it and would be better than all of us having to post on the same thread lol
