same thing with me i have irrational fears that my son is gonna die if he is not with me and since me and his dad have 50/50 custody i get those thoughts alot. although i havent lost any children i feel it stems from my PPD. so i can really sympathize so if you ever need to talk im here.

i stop myself by mostly reading if i feel the need to cut. It really helps to calm me down. maybe it might work for you.
