Miserable!!!

So, my official due date is the 24th, however, I think I'm due the 11th. I am soooooooo miserable right now!!!! I work full time which is not helping the pain at all!!! I lost my mucous plug about 1-2 weeks ago and my baby dropped about 3 weeks ago....My hips, back, and other parts I'll not discuss hurt soooo bad!!! I have contractions that last about 2 minutes every 6 minutes, but after about 3 hours, they'll just totally stop!!! AHHHH!!!!!! Any suggestions to speed this up....or words of encouragement....LOL!!!!! Please!!!!

As horrible as it is, that will help at this point. And you're almost there, sweetie, take it one day at a time and before you know it your baby will be sleeping in your arms as you type because she cries when you put her down.

I hear ya girl. I'm due the 24th too and am not feeling too good at this point. Grouchiness is starting to take over my entire being and lack of sleep is eating away at me. And yes I know I won't be getting any sleep when she gets here(I already have 1 kid), but damn....I seriously can't take much more of this pregnancy crap.

I know it sounds crazy, but I SERIOUSLY think I will be getting more sleep when he gets here....and I do know not a lot of sleep is expected because I already have a daughter, but it will be nice to not take freakin 30 minutes to roll over cuz I'm in so much pain, and be able to sleep without feeling like I'm laying on a body part...LOL....I really think I'm due before the 24th....and if that's true he needs to come NOW!!! LOL!!!!!....but then again, my daughter was born 5 days past due....

Take heart dear, at least you're closer than I am!! I have almost 10 weeks to go. Do the walking thing. Get busy and have sex, the sperm will help soften your cervix and orgasms can trigger contractions, as can nipple stimulation. If you can have sex, and play with your nipples while walking...you'll be in labor in NO time

Oh, you just reminded me of something that a nurse told me. Laughter uses some of the same muscles as contractions do, so laughter CAN help you dilate! So can throwing up, but I won't try to make you do that

All i can say is i totally understand 100%!!! Going through the same thing, but i gave up work 6 weeks ago. NOT by choice however, i had early contractions n they had to stop them and was then told that i have to give up work, and i have never been so bored in my life!!!I'm so tired, cos i have cant get comfortable when i sleep n when i do i have to get up to go to the loo n on top of that these painful contractions that wont get them selves into a regular pattern!!..I FEEL FOR YA!!!
