What are these pains?

Once in awhile I'll have this pain go down, into my vagina... it starts probably around where my bladder is, and runs down. It only lasts for a second, then it's gone. Sometimes I'll feel it again a few minutes later, and sometimes I won't feel it again for hours later, or the next day even...
Has anybody else experienced this? I'll be 32 weeks Friday. A nurse mentioned something about it could be Braxton Hicks contractions.. then I read something about pelvic bones spreading... but I dunno.

I have the same thing....but sometimes I also feel like my vagina is bruised..No joke..i think its just everything streching.

i have the same problems. I asked if my cervix was softening and i was checked and no it wasnt. Maybe its a way to know whats ahead!

I just asked my doc about this on thursday...he said it can be one of a few things...if it is a little tingly pull...it is probably the baby hitting the pubic bone and tapping nerves, or stomach muscles stretching. But if it is more of a "holy shit my pubic bone is going to break when i move the wrong way" it is your ligements stretching and letting your bones spread.
