sorry this is probably TMI but i have a question... when I'm having sex i have a tendency to hold my breath and i mean really hold my breath it feels like i'm gonna pass out at times, but i cant help it. it's like it intensifies my orgasm or something!! I don't remember holding my breath when i first started having sex and i cant remember why or even when i started doing so but i don't think i could get off now without holding my breath so my question is am i justweird or does anybody else do this?

Its so easy to hold your breath, its like a natural tendency, but if you breathe more it will actually intensify your orgasm

thats funny because my SO is always telling me sssshhhhh so obviously im making noise but im holding my breath at the same time( ??somehow??)or possibly inbetween breaths im loud but then it could be me gasping for air too lol

If you relax and breath slowly and focus on the orgasm I find that to be better.
