Phil & Ted's Double Stroller

posted 6th Oct
Does anyone have this stroller? What do you think of it? It's a bit pricey so I don't want to spend that much money if it isn't worth it. And please share pics if you have any! I will be using this when my son gets here. He will be 17 months younger than my daughter.

I've seen people with these. Personally they freak the crap out of me when I see the little one on the bottom.

I'm just confused... is there mesh around the baby that is see through, or is that open in the picture to give you and idea of the baby inside of a enclosed, umm, area??

I post and leave all the time Lol! I see those strollers at the zoo, sea world Etc. and I think they look really cool and the kid on the bottom always looks chill and comfortable. Best part about them is how narrow they are compared to other double strollers. I havent researched many double strollers so I don't know much about the features but they look cool!

I love mine. Here are the pictures I have. A friend wanted to see it with a car seat so that is all I have. My daughter loves the bottom seat. If I was it with another child she will scream if I dont put her in that seat.

how does that last picture work? Is the carseat in the back of the stroller? is the baby still completely accessible?

i saw this once, and i thought it was neat, because from the front it looks like a single stroller, but then i was surprised to see that there was a tiny baby sleeping in the back
i think it's quite neat, and if i were going to get a double stroller, i'd go for this one............there is no way in the world i'd ever buy the "traditional" double stroller...........at my size i don't think i'd even be able to push it, and which doors would i get that monster through i'd like to know

i'm still hoping that i won't need to buy a double stroller once the new baby arrives, and that i'll be able to carry him/her...........but we'll see what'll happen

I test drove the P & T Sport months ago...(I think I posted a thread about it) Anyways, the bad is that the brake is not flip flop friendly, the larger child has to be upfront, loosing your storage once the doubles kit is attached, personally I don't like racheting handle bars, fabric footrest seems like it would get & stay dirty easily. The good, nice streamlined design, air filled tires for a smooth ride (also a negative as I've heard of several getting flats, including the one I test drove)decent canopy, lots of color choices (I love the new apple graffiti) multi position seat. The price really isn't that bad, if you consider the unique design & quality!

I saw the Vibe in person at Six Flags. It was pretty sleek, but if you think the sport is pricey, the Vibe's price will seem outrageous!

I can't wait for the Hammerhead to make it's debut...it looks interesting!
